full-frame

Full-frame is typically used to denote a sensor size equalling the size of 36×24 mm (type 135) film.

Full-frame thus leads to an aspect ratio of 3:2, and a crop factor of 1.0. Full-frame is poised between crop-factor formats (such as APC-H, APS-C and FourThirds) on one hand and medium format on the other.
